We Just Launched Our New AEO-Optimized Website – And Yes, It's Designed to Beat the Giants in AI Search 🚀

TL;DR

I just launched the new Elevate AI Consulting website – built from the ground up as a live, working example of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and modern SEO for the AI era. It's fast, multilingual, schema-rich, and engineered so tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI can actually understand, trust, and cite our content. If you've been curious what an AEO-optimized website "in the real world" looks like – this is it. And yes, we can build this kind of visibility for your business too.

Why I Rebuilt the Elevate AI Consulting Website (And What It Signals)

In a recent post, I shared how Elevate AI Consulting is intentionally competing with – and increasingly displacing – firms like IBM, Accenture, and Deloitte inside AI search.

The new website is step one of that plan: but not just as a marketing asset.

It's a reference implementation of how modern SEO + AEO should work for:

  • AI consulting firms

  • B2B service providers

  • Agencies & boutique experts

  • Any SMB that wants to be "the answer" in AI-powered search

Instead of telling clients, "you should do AEO," I wanted to be able to say:

"Here. Go to elevateaiconsulting.com. This is what AI-native SEO and AEO looks like in production."

What's New: An AEO-Optimized Website Built for Humans and AI

1. Clear, Opinionated Service Architecture

The new site lays out our offers in plain language:

  • Corporate AI Training & Bootcamps

  • Corporate AI Workshops

  • AI Advisory / Fractional CAIO

  • Custom AI Agents & Integrations

  • Process Automations & Custom AI Solutions

  • AI-Powered SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Each service page now includes:

  • A TL;DR / Short Answer section (perfect for AI summaries & busy execs)

  • Clear "Who this is for" and "When this is not for you"

  • Real-world examples and outcomes

  • FAQs written in the same language your team actually uses

Good for humans. Beautiful for answer engines.

2. Case Studies Engineered to Be Cited

We didn't just add "case studies."

We built AEO-ready proof assets:

  • Fortune 500 Marketing Transformation

  • Miami Mobile Devices Distributor – AI Bootcamp

  • Condo Buyout Platform – AI-Powered Deal Engine

  • Business Analytics Chrome Extension – USHealth Recall Automation

Every case study includes:

  • A clear narrative: Problem → Approach → Outcomes

  • AI-friendly sections like "What we delivered" and "Business impact"

  • FAQ blocks answering the exact questions decision-makers ask

  • Structured data so AI models can pull them in as examples

If a model wants to answer:

"Show me a real-world AI bootcamp case study for a marketing team"

…it now has a clean, structured place to point: our website.

3. A Website That Explains AI Without Being Boring

On the homepage, you'll find:

  • A live glossary of AI terms (with search & filters)

  • Real use cases, not buzzword salad

  • A clear brand promise: Hands-on, multilingual AI training and strategy for leaders focused on ROI.

Our goal was simple:

If a human hits the homepage or an AI model crawls it, both should walk away saying:

"OK – this is a boutique firm that actually does the work, not just talks about AI."

For the Tech & SEO Nerds 🤓

(aka the part you show your CMO, CTO, or your inner perfectionist)

Here's what's under the hood of the new Elevate AI Consulting site:

Tech Stack

  • Framework: Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript

  • Styling: Tailwind CSS + custom UI components

  • Rendering: Hybrid SSG/SSR where it makes sense

  • Images: next/image with optimization, proper alt text, and responsive sizing

  • Forms & Modals: Component-based with validation, error states, and event tracking-ready

SEO Fundamentals

Unique, hand-crafted Metadata on:

  • Home

  • All services

  • All case studies

  • Contact, About, Events, Citations, Legal

Canonical URLs everywhere

Clean, logical URL structure (no weird query strings, no SEO gobbledygook)

Heading hierarchy optimized for readability and snippet extraction (H1 → H2 → H3)

Internal linking connecting:

  • Services ↔ Case Studies

  • Case Studies ↔ Contact

  • Knowledge-style pages ↔ Offers

AEO / Schema (JSON-LD)

This is where it gets fun.

We've implemented structured data for:

  • Organization

  • LocalBusiness (for Miami Beach, FL)

  • Website

  • Navigation

  • Person (for my bio / about page)

  • Service (for each core offer)

  • Product (for the flagship bootcamp)

  • FAQPage (for all key services & case studies)

  • Event (for AI workshops & mastermind sessions)

  • CaseStudy + CreativeWork (for every case study)

  • BreadcrumbList (for every major path: Services → [Offer], Case Studies → [Case])

In practice, this means:

  • Answer engines don't have to guess who we are or what each page is about.

  • Models see "this is a service", "this is a case study", "this is an event", "this is the official business listing", etc.

  • Our content is machine-legible, not just human-readable.

Multilingual & Hreflang-Ready

Architecture supports English, Portuguese (pt-BR), and Spanish (es).

Canonicals + locale-aware logic avoid duplicate-content traps.

Perfect foundation for future multilingual expansion (and AEO in multiple languages).

Performance & UX

  • Next.js app router for better routing and layout composition

  • Minimal blocking scripts

  • Schema injected cleanly, not via clunky third-party plugins

  • Forms, modals, and components designed for mobile-first UX

Is all of this overkill? For a normal website, maybe.

For a website that wants to win in AI search – this is the new baseline.

What This Means for Our Clients (And Future Clients 👀)

This site isn't just "our new digital brochure."

It's proof of concept.

If you're a:

  • Service-based business

  • Consulting firm

  • Agency

  • B2B SaaS company

  • Niche expert brand

…and you're tired of watching generic big brands get all the credit in search and AI answers, here's the opportunity:

You don't need their scale. You need a clear offer, structured content, and an AI-native website that search engines and LLMs can actually understand.

That's what we just built for ourselves.

And it's exactly what we now help clients build through our:

  • AI-Powered SEO & AEO Services

  • Website & Content AEO Audits

  • Done-with-you AEO Implementation

  • AI Bootcamps & Training for Marketing + Executive Teams
